Offence Notices are required to inspected to conform with Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 Part 9, Division 7, Clause 183 with additional warning & operational signage required to be assessed against the BCA D-t-S provisions

Inspection Intervals
All warning and operational signs must be inspected annually. As some of these signs consigned with other essential measures these could be inspected at the same time as the other measure.
