Extreme Fire Solutions values its team. For over 27 years we have developed strong multi-disciplinary skills and customer focus with our fully in-house team.
Why? Well, it’s our job to provide our clients with the confidence that their fire safety systems operate as they should, are compliant, and will protect their occupants and their property. We take the trust and responsibility we are afforded, very seriously.

Jody Aldag
Director
Jody Aldag is a specialist in his field with over 31 years experience in the fire industry.
Frustrated with the lack of Customer Focus from early employers, Jody resolved to remedy this major problem, and established the IProtect Group Pty Ltd.
Within Extreme Fire Solutions as Director, and Fire Matrix Pty Ltd as Managing Consultant, Jody leads his team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through the provision of client education and system compliance, promote Life Safety across our community.

Mitch Kursawe

The very definition of ‘results-driven’, Mitch has over 10 years hands-on experience and enjoys nothing more than delivering quality work, on time and on budget.
Delivering results in major projects only results from navigating every facet of the job, foreseeing and dealing with issues that arise, to keep it on track.

Mark has developed a keen eye for detail that serves him well in estimating and scheduling minor works.
Having formerly worked with other fire contractors, make understands the need to always provide a professional approach and focus on effective communication for both his team and our clients, to deliver the best outcomes.
Mark's experience allows him to maintain excellent working relationships with our key suppliers and our field team.

Dom Flint
Client Manager
Backing up Dom’s 30+ years as a Licensed Plumber is an impressive 12 years with the fire industry. Everything from inspection and testing to project management.
A valuable resource within Extreme Fire Solutions, Dom shares his expertise with our team of testing and service technicians and provides them with continuous improvement and learning.
Dom’s experience benefits his clients and allows him to deliver exceptional service and quality results while ensuring our customers are fully informed.

Melanie Mather
Maintenance & Service Manager
Possessing over 8 years experience in the fire industry, Melanie is pivotal in ensuring Extreme Fire Solutions successfully completes all services scheduled for our emergency and maintenance divisions.
A co-ordination guru, Melanie enjoys the fast faced, rapidly changing environment of emergency services and strives to provide the best, and most cost effective solutions to our clients.

Adam Wilcox
Estimation Manager
Adam brings to our team a great determination to get the job done. Whether it is ensuring quotes are completed promptly, understanding the specific intricacies of a specific task, or developing new processes to ensure sustainable outcomes for our customers.
Adam understands the important balance of speed vs quality while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.

With over 5 years experience with scheduling, estimation, and service coordination at Extreme Fire Solutions, Pauls approachability combined with his ‘can-do’ attitude and ‘eye for detail’, was destined to be successful within his role as a Client Manager.
Consistently demonstrating the importance of being available to his clients, whenever that may be, Paul is driven to fully understand their needs and deliver to their expectations.

Shirona started in 2016 within the fast-paced world of fire services minor works where the best-laid plans can take a turn at any time.
Through her high level of enthusiasm and energy, Shirona has developed the leadership and management skills required to motivate and empower her team to drive the required results with our client’s interests firmly in mind.

Soma Ros
Senior Estimator
There is no substitute for experience, and our Senior Estimator can vouch for that first hand.
Soma’s career is extensive and spans 50 years, including every aspect of Electrical Engineering and Fire Services, from design to installation to project estimation and management.
With unsurpassed and expansive knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes, Soma always delivers exceptional customer service to help our clients understand what is required.
